Explaining a Digital Service Portal Clearly and Simply
For DZ HYP, a film was to be created that presents the new service portal "My Home Financing" in a clear and approachable way. The goal was to show both existing customers and intermediaries how digital services around ongoing home financing become easier, faster and more intuitive to use.
The Implementation
A film that gets straight to the practical benefits
FUSE conceived and produced a film that clearly conveys the advantages of the portal. Concrete examples, such as uploading documents via drag & drop or a smartphone photo, show how easily requests can be processed online. At the same time, the film makes clear that digital services and personal advice work together perfectly at DZ HYP.
