Collection of Further Data
If you decide to contact us or to order or use one of our online offerings, such as subscribing to a newsletter or requesting information materials, we require further personal information from you, such as your name, email address, postal address, and other offer-specific information. Providing your personal data is always voluntary and entirely your own decision. We will only collect and use the data necessary to fulfill the respective purpose.

SSL Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator, this website uses SSL encryption. When SSL encryption is enabled, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Your personal data is not passed on to any parties other than those involved in handling your request. Further information about the parties involved can be found, where applicable, in the service-specific information.
If we have commissioned external service providers to process personal data, this is done in compliance with data protection regulations and with the aim that the service providers only use the entrusted data in accordance with our contractually agreed instructions, and that we are granted a right of control regarding the technical and organizational measures to be observed by the contractor.
To the extent that there is a legal obligation, we are required to do so by court order, or for purposes of criminal prosecution, we will transmit your data to authorities entitled to receive such information.

Further Information on the Service Providers Used
Vimeo Videos, Social Media Links
To make it easier for you to use our website, to offer additional services, and to enable you to use any social media services, we have included corresponding links in various places, for example to LinkedIn. The following statements and guidelines apply:
The linking or embedding of the relevant media on our pages has been implemented technically in such a way that no personal data can be collected or used by these providers simply by visiting our website.
If you choose to actively call up or use these services, you will be notified that personal data is transmitted to these providers as a result of your use, and you will be asked to consent to the transmission of the relevant data.
The collection and processing of personal data by these providers takes place outside our website and without our detailed knowledge of the nature, scope, and methodology of the processing.
LinkedIn and Vimeo social media links:
The linking or embedding of the relevant media on our pages has been implemented technically in such a way that no personal data can be collected or used by these providers simply by visiting our website.
Vimeo videos and related data collection and use: On our website, you can watch videos that are embedded using a "plugin" from Vimeo. As soon as you visit a page of our website on which such a Vimeo plugin is embedded, a connection to Vimeo's servers is established. In doing so, various pieces of information may be transmitted to Vimeo, such as your IP address or which page of our website you are currently visiting. If you watch a video embedded in this way, this may also result in the storage and further use of this data by Vimeo. If you are logged into your Vimeo account at the same time, Vimeo may be able to associate your browsing behavior with your Vimeo user profile. You can prevent this kind of data processing by logging out of your Vimeo account before visiting our website. The "enhanced privacy mode" for Vimeo videos is enabled on our website. As this is a third-party service, we have no influence over the processing of the corresponding data by Vimeo. For the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Vimeo, as well as your related rights and settings to protect your privacy, please refer to Vimeo's privacy notice at vimeo.com/privacy
Security of Data Transmission
When communicating data over open networks such as the internet, the protection of transmitted data cannot be fully guaranteed according to the current state of the art, nor can it be completely protected against access by third parties. Therefore, please do not send us confidential data over the internet (e.g. via the contact form or email) without adequate protection.
Processing of Data in Countries Outside Germany
Subject to the further information set out in this privacy policy, your personal data collected through our website and stored on our computer systems is not processed outside Germany.
We will delete your data stored in our systems as soon as the purpose of storage or processing no longer applies. We regularly review whether the need for storage still exists. If you wish to have your personal data deleted, we will comply with this request unless legal regulations, such as retention obligations, prevent deletion. For this purpose, you can send an email to info@fuse.de.
