Digitalizing the Processes

AKG Arzneimittel und Kooperation im Gesundheitswesen e.V. supports its member companies with an app and website for fair cooperation with members of professional circles. Complying with the diverse and sometimes complex rules of the AKG code is not always easy in company practice.

With the new system, licenses and subscriptions will be managed digitally in the future, and invoices will be created and sent automatically.

In the new system, licenses and subscriptions are issued and invoiced. The interfaces are intuitive to use. Customers can be easily created and edited. All important information is visible: company name and address, customer number and number of licenses purchased. Additional important data can be viewed via icons.

For each license, it can be specified whether it should not be automatically renewed. By default, licenses are automatically renewed after one year.

When creating a user, name and email address are provided. The email address also serves as the username for logging into the app or website.

An email with the access data is sent to the user's email address. The password is generated automatically. When creating a user, a new license can be created or an existing one assigned, if there are free licenses available in the customer's stock.

The statistics feature is also helpful: it shows at the touch of a button how many licenses were sold during the year. This gives the system an easy way to indicate whether, for example, marketing measures should be increased.
