For amedes Holding GmbH, a mobile application was to be created that reliably accompanies patients during their fertility treatment. The target group were patients of the five amedes specialist centers for human reproductive medicine.
The app was designed to improve service quality, make important information accessible at all times and facilitate communication with the practices. At the same time, personalized support functions were intended to help reduce inquiries in everyday practice and support patients in following their treatment steps.
FUSE conceived and implemented a customized fertility app as a mobile companion for the entire treatment. Patients receive information on examination and treatment methods, medications and frequently asked questions. In addition, patient information documents can be accessed directly via the app.
Appointments with the practice can be booked online, regardless of time or location. In the therapy area, individual treatment plans can be stored and previous therapy plans can be viewed. An integrated calendar reminds patients of appointments and medication intake, taking dosage and time into account.
The app is complemented by an emergency call function and other practical services, including a display of pharmacies where urgently needed medications are available. The result is a digital solution that closely accompanies patients, supports adherence to therapy and relieves practices in their daily operations.
