Presenting Performance and Precision in Mechanical Engineering
For Maplan Maschinenbau, a corporate film was to be created that showcases the company's special expertise in high-precision metalworking. The goal was to communicate the size of the machine park, the technical performance and the high quality standards in a way that lets international customers grasp Maplan's strengths at a glance. The focus was particularly on machining exceptionally large workpieces, manufacturing precision and the consistent zero-defect quality promise.
The film guides viewers through Maplan's production world, showing state-of-the-art manufacturing with specialized skilled workers, large machining centers, and heavy lifting and cleaning systems. It vividly depicts the machining of large motor blanks, the use of computer-controlled robotic arms, precise prismatic and rotationally symmetric manufacturing, as well as the processing of exceptionally large components and blanks.
This technical showcase is complemented by a look at quality assurance: from inspecting incoming materials using 3D measuring machines to metallographic examinations of every processing step. The result is a corporate film that positions Maplan as a powerful partner for international customers and clearly highlights the combination of innovative strength, precision and on-time delivery.
