Custom Tools for Financial Transactions Between Banks
We developed two web-based platforms for DZ HYP: IMMO META REVERSE+ (IMR+) and the Pfandbrief pooling tool.
Via the IMMO META REVERSE+ (IMR+) platform, partner banks can participate in a completed DZ HYP financing deal within a silent consortium.
Pfandbrief pooling allows the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken to refinance real estate loans through DZ HYP's Pfandbriefe (covered bonds). The IT technology we jointly developed with DZ HYP maps the extensive complexity of communication across the numerous individual actions and coordinated components of a refinancing process.
We developed both tools according to DZ HYP's wishes and requirements and continue to develop them further. Both have contributed to optimizing processes and significantly support the banks of the Cooperative Financial Network Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken in using the product offerings. Both portals are audit-proof.
